Recruitment & Deployment Process

Agreement
We begin by understanding the client’s requirements in detail. Through open communication and active listening, we review expectations, assess organizational culture, and identify unique challenges. Once alignment is achieved, a formal contract is signed.
Demand Letter
The client provides a formal demand letter outlining job requirements, timelines, and other critical details. Recruitment campaigns and HR searches commence after receiving this document.
Sourcing
Leveraging our extensive candidate database and network of trusted partners, we source potential candidates who closely match the client’s requirements. All applicants are received, tracked, tested, and assessed before shortlisting
Screening And Shortlisting
An initial screening is conducted by Skyway HRD to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability with our in house experts and engineers. The final shortlisted candidates are then presented for the client’s review.
Final Selection
The client conducts the final interview to select the most suitable candidate. In some cases, Skyway HRD may facilitate or conduct this final interview on behalf of the client.
Offer Letter
Candidates who clear the final selection are issued an offer letter detailing the terms of employment, legal requirements, and medical obligations.
Skyway HRD arranges for medical tests for the selected candidate in authorized centres to ensure that they are medically fit.
Medical Examination
We coordinate medical tests at authorized centers to ensure candidates are medically fit for employment
Visa endorsement & emigration clearances
Visa stamping and emigration are critical for successful deployment. With years of experience and authorized licenses across embassies and government authorities, Skyway HRD handles visa documentation, stamping, and corporate services efficiently, even for large volumes
Travel Arrangements
Skyway HRD arrange air travel and departure assistance for selected candidates to ensure smooth relocation.
Orientation
Selected candidates receive brief orientation, including:

- Key labor laws of the country of employment

Post Deployment Support
